    • Completed migration of Kubernetes application stack and local file storage from on-premise hosting to GCP to modernize CI/CD and reduce maintenance overhead
    • Led effort to migrate the MoMA Learning/Art Terms pages, a key SEO driver for traffic to the website and primary home for educational content
    • Built new online ticketing purchase flow to replace prior whitelabel third party solution, reduced checkout steps from 6 to 3 and created foundation for future improvements
    • Planned and started implementation for full stack rewrite, including migration to a third party CMS platform, retiring legacy Rails/Go applications for JavaScript to improve developer velocity
